Bail Fugitive Recovery Contract

This agreement made and entered into this day of , 2026, by and between hereinafter referred to as “Bondsman/Client”, and Allen Horner/National Intelligence Group, hereinafter referred to as “Bail Fugitive Recovery Agency/Investigators”. Whereas Bondsman/Client seeks the professional services of Bail Fugitive Recovery Agency/Investigator, now therefore, Bondsman/Client agrees to pay Bail Fugitive Recovery Agency/Investigators at the rate of 8% or $1500.00 (whichever is higher) of the total of bond(s), for his services in effectuating exoneration or sufficient tolling of Bondsman/Client on all forfeited bail bond(s) and bail surrenders the Bail Fugitive Recovery Agency/Investigators forwarded within the first month (45 days) of forfeiture.

Any forfeited bail bonds forwarded to Bail Fugitive Recovery Agency/Investigators after 45 days of forfeiture shall be paid at the rate of 10% or $2000.00 (whichever is higher) of the total of bond(s), for his services in effectuating exoneration or sufficient tolling. Any forfeited bail bonds forwarded to Bail Fugitive Recovery Agency/Investigator after 180 days of forfeiture shall be paid at the rate of 15% or $2500.00 (whichever is higher) of the total of bond(s), for his services in effectuating exoneration or sufficient tolling. Any forfeited bail bonds forwarded to Bail Fugitive Recovery Agency/Investigator after 240 days of forfeiture shall be paid at the rate of 20% or $3000.00 (whichever is higher) of the total of bond(s), for his services in effectuating exoneration or sufficient tolling.

Bail Fugitive Recovery Agency/Investigator may ask for additional fees/rate if Bondsman has hired/contracted any prior Bail Fugitive Recovery Agency/Investigators on bail bond(s) being contracted.

A non-refundable RUSH $500.00 Fee Will be Collected for any Files over 240 Days (upon Receiving The File)

Any declarations/reports to be submitted as an exhibit or proof of investigations to the courts shall be paid at the flat rate of $350.00. Fee to be paid before declarations/reports are submitted.

Methods of exoneration include: a) Locating, arresting, and transporting the bail fugitive to the appropriate facility; b) Discovering that the bail fugitive is dead and the production of evidence to support that; c) The arrest of the bail fugitive by a law enforcement agency; d) Surrender by Bail Fugitive Recovery Agency/Investigators, or by Bondsman/Client, of the bail fugitive to a law enforcement agency; e) The bail fugitive is located in custody; or, f) Any other method, including legal maneuvers to be done by Bondsman’s/Client’s attorney, which Bail Fugitive Recovery Agency/Investigators may devise or discover whereby Bondsman/Client may be exonerated.

Bondsman/Client shall forthwith supply Bail Fugitive Recovery Agency/Investigators with; 1) A Certified Copy of the Bail Bond(s); 2) A proper Arrest Authorization; 3) A clear photograph of the bail fugitive; and 4) A copy of the original bail bond(s) application(s), indemnitor application(s) and agreement(s), and any other available information on the bail fugitive. Bondsman/Client does hereby agree to assume full financial responsibility for all medical costs incurred by the named bail fugitive, which may occur as the direct result of any lawful action taken by Bail Fugitive Recovery Agency/Investigators during the lawful apprehension and/or arrest of named bail fugitive.

All payments are to be paid to the Bail Fugitive Recovery Agency /Investigators upon the apprehension of the Defendant, no later than 72 hours of the apprehension time.
